Positive Partnerships is a national project funded by the Australian Government Department of Education.
At Positive Partnerships, we work in partnership with families, educators and communities to strengthen positive outcomes for young autistic people. We create connections and opportunities for an inclusive culture where they belong and thrive.
We have resources available in 24 languages.
These resources have been developed with culturally and linguistically diverse communities to support their school-aged autistic children.
These translated resources can assist conversations between family members and professionals working with and supporting autistic children.

Culture and Connection: Building Strong Home-School Partnerships with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Families of Autistic Children
This report listened directly to the first-hand experiences of 56 parents of autistic children from different communities, namely Chinese, Vietnamese, Somali and Middle Eastern cultures. Parents told their stories in their own languages. Their autistic children attended kindergartens, primary and secondary schools across mainstream, special and selective settings. This report was developed in partnership with Macquarie University.
